Welcome to Royal Table Restaurant Management Software. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our web applications, QR digital menus, kitchen display routing, and management dashboard services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, creating an operator account, scanning a live table QR code, or utilizing any of our software tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a restaurant, corporation, or other legal entity, you represent that you hold the legal authority to bind that entity to this agreement.
2. Description of SaaS Services
Royal Table provides a cloud-hosted software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for restaurant operations, including:
- Dynamic, zero-install customer QR code digital menus with real-time item availability.
- Real-time Kitchen Display Systems (KDS) and categorized order routing (Bar, Cold Prep, Hot Kitchen).
- Live dining room table occupancy tracking, billing calculation, and payment reconciliation.
- Staff role management (Owners, Managers, Cashiers, Kitchen Staff).
- Real-time revenue reporting and sales analytics.
3. User Responsibilities & Account Security
A. Account Credentials: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all actions taken under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
B. Menu & Regulatory Accuracy: Restaurant operators are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of menu prices, allergen warnings, ingredient disclosures, statutory taxes, and compliance with local food safety and liquor licensing laws.
C. Device & Network Maintenance: Operators are responsible for providing suitable display hardware (tablets, monitors) and reliable internet/Wi-Fi connectivity within their dining rooms and kitchens.
4. Subscription Plans, Fees & Payment Terms
Royal Table offers tiered subscription plans (Starter at INR 1,999/month, Growth at INR 2,999/month, and Elite at INR 4,999/month). Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual schedule as chosen during signup.
All fees are exclusive of applicable statutory taxes (such as GST), which will be added at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard; cancellations will take effect at the conclusion of your current paid billing period without prorated refunds.
5. Prohibited Activities
When using Royal Table, you agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from any part of the platform.
- Launch automated scrapers, spiders, or denial-of-service (DoS) attacks against our infrastructure.
- Impersonate another venue, business, or individual, or submit fraudulent order transactions.
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or unauthorized tracking scripts to digital menus.
- Resell or redistribute the service without prior explicit written agreement from Royal Table.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary rights, software code, UI designs, algorithms, trademarks, and documentation related to Royal Table are and remain the exclusive property of Royal Table Restaurant Management Software.
Restaurant operators retain full ownership of their uploaded menu content, logo assets, dish photography, and customer relationship data. By uploading content, you grant Royal Table a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process your content strictly for providing the service.
7. Third-Party Integrations & External Links
The platform integrates with third-party providers for payment processing (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, UPI gateways) and notification delivery. Royal Table is not liable for service interruptions, gateway failures, or policy changes initiated by independent third-party vendors.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Royal Table is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While we maintain a 99.9% uptime target and redundant cloud infrastructure, we do not warrant that service will be uninterrupted or error-free during peak network anomalies or local ISP outages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Royal Table or its founders be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, dining revenue, food wastage, or data loss arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Royal Table and its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, non-compliance with statutory regulations, or disputes between you and your restaurant patrons.
10. Termination & Modifications
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent transactions, or compromise the stability of our infrastructure. We may revise these terms from time to time; continuing to use the platform following notice of revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Contact Details
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Maharashtra, India.
